Terms of Sale
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law and are provided here in English for convenience. The French version is the legally binding text in case of discrepancy.
1. Purpose
These Terms of Sale govern the sale of the "Full security report" and the "Continuous Monitoring" subscription offered by Vetora, published by Mekhanteur Amin (see legal notice). Placing an order implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Sale.
2. Service description
Vetora offers an automated security scan of a website supplied by the user. A free version gives access to an overall score and the results of the "Basic security" category. Two paid offers exist, independent of each other:
- Single report: unlocks, for a given scan, every detected vulnerability (Stripe & Supabase and Vibe coding patterns categories) along with the associated fix instructions.
- Continuous Monitoring subscription: regular automatic rescans of a URL designated by the user, email alerts when the score drops, unlimited additional on-demand scans, and full reports included with no per-report charge for the duration of the subscription.
3. Price and payment
The single report is billed at €49 per scan. The Continuous Monitoring subscription is billed at €29 per month, renewed automatically each month until cancellation. VAT not applicable at this time (publisher not liable for VAT, status being regularized). Payment is made online by credit card via Stripe, a secure payment provider. Vetora never stores your card details.
4. Delivery / access to the service
Access to the single report is delivered immediately after payment is confirmed, as a web page accessible at the URL of the scan concerned. For the subscription, the first automatic rescan starts as soon as it's activated; subsequent rescans then run automatically at a frequency determined by Vetora (typically daily), with no action required from the user.
5. Subscription renewal and cancellation
The Continuous Monitoring subscription is an open-ended contract billed monthly, with no minimum commitment. It renews automatically each month on the same date until cancelled by the user. Cancellation is self-service, at any time, via the subscription management link sent by email upon signup (a secure portal provided by Stripe): it takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, with no prorated refund for the current period.
6. Right of withdrawal
Under French Consumer Code Article L221-28 13°, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the supply of digital content not provided on a physical medium whose performance has begun after the consumer's prior express agreement and express waiver of their right of withdrawal. By confirming payment (single report or the first subscription payment), the user requests immediate performance of the service and acknowledges losing their right of withdrawal as soon as the scan or the first automatic rescan starts. For the subscription, this waiver only applies to the first payment that triggers immediate performance; the user retains, at any time, the ability to cancel for the future under the conditions of Article 5 above.
7. Liability
Vetora provides an automated, informational analysis. It does not constitute an exhaustive security audit performed by a professional and does not guarantee the total absence of vulnerabilities on the analyzed site. The user remains solely responsible for the security measures implemented on their own site.
8. Governing law and disputes
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the user may pursue consumer mediation before any legal action.
